ELKALUB LFC 500 is a solvent and cleaner for polyfluoropolyether-based (PFPE) lubricants. The product is used to pre-clean components which are subsequently lubricated with PFPE lubricant. Pre-cleaning improves the PFPE lubricants’ perfect adhesion and is therefore recommended before initial application or re-lubrication. Due to ELKALUB LFC 500’s high levels of solvency and capability, the product is ideally suited for removing used PFPE greases. The product is volatile. A quick processing and the corresponding preparation is recommended for economic and effective use.
