Model Engine Oil 150

ELKALUB MEO 150 Advanced is a very powerful, anti-corrosion model engine oil for methanol-powered engines. The recommended mixing ratio of the fuel consists of 15- 20% oil, additional methanol and a maximum proportion of 50% nitromethane.

This mixture ratio guarantees a continuous oil film in the bearings and liners.

The high creeping ability of ELKALUB MEO 150 Advanced ensures that internal friction surfaces that are prone to wear are well coated and lubricated. A mixture of synthetic oil and natural castor oil improves the combustion temperature and throttle response. The addition of further additives is not recommended.

With years of experience in model racing boat engines, the product has proven itself as a further development. The market-leading model engine manufacturer CMB Italia recommends using the product in its methanol engines.

Model Engine Oil 200

ELKALUB MEO 200 is a very powerful, anti-corrosion model engine oil for methanol-powered engines. The recommended mixing ratio of the fuel consists of 15-20% oil, additional methanol and a maximum proportion of 40% nitromethane.

This mixture ratio guarantees a continuous oil film in the bearings and liners.

The manufacturer ELKALUB does not recommend the addition of additional additives. With years of experience in the field of model racing boat engines, the product has proven itself and is constantly being developed further. The market leading model engine manufacturer "CMB" recommends the use of the product in its methanol engines.

ELKALUB MEO 200 is recommended for larger engine sizes above 7,5cc.

After Run Oil

ARO (After run oil) is used to store the model engines long-term without damages. The oil is strongly recommended for flushing the engines after running, especially when in contact with water. The anti-corrosive additives prevent the engine from blocking, bearing corrosion and additionally gives a good initial lubrication for the restart. It is also used for smoothly mounting the inner parts of the engines.
