Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Consumer cancellation rights

If you are buying as a consumer online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the goods to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened where applicable, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items may not be returnable unless they are faulty or incorrect. This may include:

Special order items
Sourced-to-order items
Opened or used products
Products that are not in their original packaging
Items damaged after delivery
Aerosols, chemicals, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases or restricted goods where return is not suitable

Business customer returns

If you are buying on behalf of a business, returns are subject to approval and may not be accepted unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or agreed by us in advance.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be refunded using your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of receiving evidence that the goods have been returned.

Where applicable, we will refund the standard delivery cost originally paid. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.

We may reduce the refund if goods have been handled more than necessary, used, damaged, or returned in a condition that affects their resale value.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Return postage

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
