Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, excluding bank holidays.
UK delivery
We only offer delivery within the United Kingdom.
Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery location, order value, product type, courier availability and stock levels.
Economy delivery usually takes 2–3 working days.
Next day and priority delivery options may be available at checkout, subject to stock availability and courier service availability.

Free UK shipping is available on orders over £80.

Click and collect may be available at checkout where applicable.
Northern Ireland delivery
Delivery to Northern Ireland is available for eligible products.
Aerosols and certain restricted goods cannot be sent to Northern Ireland.
If your order contains aerosols or restricted items, we may contact you to amend or cancel the order.
Stock availability
All delivery times are estimates and depend on stock availability.
If an item is out of stock, requires sourcing, or cannot be dispatched within the expected timeframe, we will contact you as soon as possible.
International delivery
We do not offer international delivery. For customers outside the United Kingdom, please contact ELKALUB directly to find your local ELKALUB distributor.
Incorrect delivery details
Please ensure the delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
