ELKALUB LFC 800 is a special oil for lubricating peristaltic hose pumps. The lubricant reduces wear between the rollers and the pump hose resp. sliding shoes and ensures good heat transfer to the pump housing. Both effects lead to an increase in hose life and less downtime.

ELKALUB LFC 800 is formulated with a high-purity mixture with glycerin as the main component and can therefore be used as a replacement for other glycerin-based hose lubricants. Due to its NSF H1 registration it is suitable for use in the food industry or related areas.

A typical area of application for ELKALUB LFC 800 is the lubrication of peristaltic pumps which are used for the pumping of yeast suspensions in breweries.
