ARO (After run oil) is used to store the model engines long-term without damages. The oil is strongly recommended for flushing the engines after running, especially when in contact with water. The anti-corrosive additives prevent the engine from blocking, bearing corrosion and additionally gives a good initial lubrication for the restart. It is also used for smoothly mounting the inner parts of the engines.
