ELKALUB FLC 400 is a high-temperature spray based on perfluoropolyether oil (PFPE). The high-quality oil base allows permanent lubrication up to 300 °C.

The lubricating film of ELKALUB FLC 400 is odorless, transparent, waterproof and radiation-resistant. Common plastic and elastomer materials (except fluoropolymers) are not attacked.

Typical applications of ELKALUB FLC 400 are the lubrication of embossing, punching and gluing tools that are operated at high temperatures. Chains and sliding applications of all kinds such as guides, rails, cams and sliders also benefit from the option of high-temperature lubrication.

PFPE-based lubricants are not compatible with other lubricants. Before using ELKALUB FLC 400, the lubrication point must be cleaned with as little residue as possible (e.g. ELKALUB LFC 500).
